We offer ancient Buddhist meditation techniques i.e. "Witness Meditation", adapted to modern day living. 20 minutes meditation daily leaves You relaxed, clear minded and energized to cope with stress and the "hustle-bustle" of every day life.
Also available is more body-active styles i.e. Water Meditation, Walking Meditation and our Breathing Meditation, incorporated into a personal development program, individually designed and adapted for Your holiday stay!
